  support to talented young people\, amateurs or professionals\, in the fie
 ld of symphonic music composition. The philosophy of this contest is to re
 ward talent\; the young composer with the best prospects for the future an
 d the best chance of developing a musical career as a composer.\n\nEveryda
 y there are more young composers who begin their journey into the world of
  composition\; young people with a lot of talent but few options for becom
 ing visible or for making their work visible.\n\nWe at Oscar Navarro Music
  want to support\, encourage and to send a motivating message to the new t
 alents in composition: “every human being has some special ability insid
