DESCRIPTION:The final of the 4th International Eduardas Balsys Composers C
 ompetition will take place in Vilnius at the end of 2025. The final concer
 t will be live-streamed worldwide from the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Li
 thuania on November 29th. In collaboration with National Opera and Ballet 
 Theatre\, National Philharmonic Society\, and other partners\, the organis
 ers will bring great contemporary music performers to play the pieces sele
 cted for the final round. Therefore\, amongst the monetary prizes\, the wi
 nners and the finalists will also have an opportunity to hear their works 
 being performed live and recorded by great contemporary music performers a
 nd their collectives.\n\nThe competition is open to composers up to 36 yea
 rs old (born after 29.11.1989). We accept your admissions until September 
 19th\, 2025.\n\nPrizes:\n1st Prize – 3\,000 Euros\,\n2nd Prize – 2\,00
