Po-chien LIU was born in Taiwan Kaohsiung in 1990. He is studying in Institute of music National Chiao Tung University, majoring in composition with Prof. Tzyy-sheng Lee. I am interested in combining instruments, timber, concepts from Western and Eastern is a rich sound. He has participated in Composition workshop with Prof. Chong Kee Yong, Yi Chen, Michael Finnissy and Koji Nakano.
