Cellist for almost 15 years and improviser, and composer for almost 3, I’m a student in the “Conservatoire à Rayonnement Regional du 93” since 2019. I stated as a classical cellist when I was 10, at 22 years old I discovered the magic of improvising and the beauty of writing music.
Changing my carrier plan and ending the classical way of learning music changed the way I play and the way I comprehend music in general. Teaching music as also shaped my perception of music and gave me the urge to express who I was by composing. I truly only recently understood le power of music language and how universal it can be.
I developed, by writing electroacoustic music and by improvising, a curiosity for sounds that is now constant and endless. I believe that I have an organic way of manipulating sounds and organizing them to make a sensitive and sincere music. As a listener you don’t always have access to the event that triggered the witting process but I’m always telling a story based on a person or a city that I visited. I always make sure to be honest and to give to listeners a final product that unite all my music inspirations.
