Tümer Uluçınar is a contemporary music composer based in France. He composes music for contemporary instrumental ensembles, classical orchestras, and electroacoustic settings, always in pursuit of new ideas and forms of expression. After earning his degree in Composition and Theory from the Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory, he furthered his classical composition studies at Université Côte d’Azur, and is now continuing his academic journey in Composition department at the Conservatoire de Nice.

Alongside his creative work, he is actively engaged in teaching composition and orchestration.
