Poem Written in Seclusion

    During the second year of Emperor Longxing, because of the famous poet Lu You supported the northern expedition, after Fu Li was defeated, he was attacked by the capitulating faction in the court. Lu You was called "the knot table remonstrating, saying nonsense" trumpeted charges, from the Longxing house judge return to homeland, and seclusion in the mountains. The inspiration of the work comes from his famous poem "Traveling Shanxi Village" created by the poet when he was in retreat.
